What is the European standard system/Oil and gas recovery system for fuel/oil tank trailer ?

The components of the European standard include:

(1) Subsea valve: Also known as an emergency shut-off valve, it is installed at the bottom of the tank body and used for refueling. Thus, subsea valve can ensure the safety of the oil tank.

(2) Oil and gas recovery system: ① Oil and gas recovery valve: It is a device that recovers the oil and gas generated during the loading and unloading of oil. It can be directly installed on the top fuel/oil tank body to avoid the leakage of oil and gas. ②Oil and gas recovery joint: The oil and gas recovery system of the tanker is a closed circulation system, which effectively recycles and reuses the oil and gas generated during the process of refueling at the oil/gas station. This system can avoid the diffusion of oil and gas.

(3) Bottom loading port: The bottom loading port, also known as the unloading valve, is installed under the side of the tank trailer for quick unloading and avoiding the diffusion of oil and gas.

(4) Anti-overflow probe: A safety device that alarms in advance to prevent liquid from overflowing and leaking. It is installed on the manhole cover on the top of the tanker. When the oil level reaches the warning limit, the sensor will automatically alarm and break.

(5) European standard tank mouth: Which is also known as manhole cover, installed on the top of the oil tank, with the functions of built-in breathing and emergency exhausting.

(6) Static electricity guide reel: Installed on the vehicles transporting hazardous chemicals to prevent fire and explosion accidents caused by static electricity during the loading and unloading of flammable and explosive dangerous goods.
